Mhor-Berry Good

This is our new cocktail which really illustrates the versatility of our fine Scottish produce! Works well with either blackcurrant or raspberry gin, so take your pick!

blackcurrant or raspberry gin - 1 measure
Cairn O Mhor Elderflower Sparkling Wine

Take a tall flute or hi-ball glass, place shot of gin in bottom of glass and top with Elderflower Sparking Wine. Frozen whole blackcurrants or raspberries can be added to act as ice cubes!

Raspberries & cream

raspberry vodka - 1 measure
cream soda
lots of ice

Mix Really Raspberry with cream soda for a vintage style drink!

Caithness fruit cocktail

strawberry or raspberry vodka - 1 measure
and/or Orange Liqueur (Cointreau) - 1 Measure
fresh OJ & cranberry juice to mix
lots of ice

Mix all together, taste for mixer and add to own preference. Add lime or peppermint cordial for a new taste.

Strawberry sparkle

1 frozen whole strawberry (acts like an ice cube!)
strawberry vodka - 1 measure
champagne or sparkling wine

Place frozen strawberry in a tall champagne flute, add the Strawbery vodka, top up with champagne or sparkling wine!

Caithness cooler

strawberry or raspberry vodka - 1 measure
lemonade or soda
lots of ice
slices of fruit, mint leaves, cucumber

Put ice in glass, mix vodka and fruit etc and add to glass, top with lemonade, serve in a tall glass.

Island dream

Malibu - 1 measure
Strawberry or Raspberry vodka - 1 measure
add fruit juice of choice or all; pineapple, cranberry, orange juice
ice

Mix it all together, serve over ice. Add lemonade into a tall glass for a long drink.
